Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Sister Jane boutique tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
