How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all Sister Jane tags still attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do I know which size to choose?
Sister Jane garments often feature unique, voluminous silhouettes. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a more tailored fit or staying true to size for our signature oversized look.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
As we release limited-edition capsule collections frequently, we rarely restock specific styles once they are sold out. This ensures the exclusivity of your wardrobe. However, you can sign up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the product page in case of customer returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
